1. Hydrate

Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. If your skin is not getting right amount of water, your skin will get dry, flaky and prone to wrinkling.

2. Eat healthy

Beauty starts within. You are what you eat. If you eat healthy food your skin will glow. If you don't eat right, your skin will look dull and could suffer from breakout such as acne.

3. Take Vitamins

Most of the time, we don't get enough vitamins and minerals from the food that we eat. It is important to take some vitamins for your skin such as vitamin A, B3, C, E, and K. These are the best vitamins for the skin and they also boost our immune system.

4. Avoid too much Sun

The ultraviolet radiation from the sun is important for our body. It helps us produce vitamin D in our body. Vitamin D is essential in calcium and phosphorus absorption. But too much sun exposure can be harmful too. It can damage skin and can increase the risk of skin cancer. Applying skin lotion that has SPF is important. The higher the SPF, the better.

5. Stay happy and worry-free

Stress can trigger acne breakouts, hair loss and other skin problems. Stress is unavoidable but it is manageable. It is important that you know how to handle your emotions in every undesirable situations. Life is too short to be worried, afraid, and anxious. Relax, be positive, do what you love to do and spend more time with your loved ones.

Glutathione or GSH is an endogenous anti-oxidant that we need in our body. It is naturally produces inside our body and we do not need to take it as a supplement. What we need is to increase its production.
